How can we improve Jedox Software?

Support Center: Simplify ticket creation by initializing drop down lists with user related standard values

When opening a new Support Center ticket I always have to enter the same information (product, version, OS, ...). Why not have this information stored in my user profile an automatically added to the ticket?
