If a hot-fix is available, it might be interesting for everyone. It would be nice if all partners are informed and it could be downloaded.
Or if hot fixes grouped together in cumulative patches, it could be released monthly therefore constantly improving system stability at clients.38 votes
It is - who knows why - not possible to change the password for the support center access on your own.

Support Center: Simplify ticket creation by initializing drop down lists with user related standard values
When opening a new Support Center ticket I always have to enter the same information (product, version, OS, ...). Why not have this information stored in my user profile an automatically added to the ticket?4 votes
