Since the documentation for the new Jedox Models has been added to the knowledgebase it has become much more difficult to search for a certain topic. (using free text search)
Now most of the time I get a lot of Model related results, but not what I am searching for. This is quite annoying and makes this comprehensive database a little bit useless.5 votes
Currently, most of the Jedox articles are provided with English in the KnowledgeBase.
Since the Jedox is used around the world, could you please consider to add the functionality to switches the languages to the KnowledgeBase?17 votes
When posting a ticket I often have the feeling that a lot of people must have dealt with the same problem already. It would be good to be able to search the tickets of other customers and the Jedox-Support's reply.
That way it would be a lot easier to find solutions to different problems without the need to open new tickets.19 votes
