Format Control Dialog (Worksheet Elements): Remove Default checkboxes for Layout, Thumbnail and Font

In form elements Format Control Dialog, Layout, Thumbnail and Font checkboxes should either be removed. The really serve no purpose. More appropriate would be to have a reset option to restore to initial (default) values.
