Please add the "User Management" report, logic and Integrator project to the BPA HR. The same as in the Foundation.

From an actual or budgeted HR base, make projections on the payroll, changes in HR grids or reductions in charges would be interesting instead of fill in the salary by employee.

As a user I want to view which salary increase selection in settings has been done. E.g. A global salary increase of 2% starting on 2023-09. Or global salary increase for all Managers starting 2023-01 for 3%.
