Option to deactivate context menu items

Remove the items from the context menu if they are not used by end-user. For example, if the user does not want to use drill-history, he should have an option to hide the functionality without changing the rights on the object.

New menu in view row context menu - Show attribute

The Show menu would allow users to toggle to a different attribute displayed for the view. The menu would display the list of attributes (like the sort by attribute menu) that the user could choose from to change the displayed alias.
