Allow incremental updates for OData Hub

By allowing incremental updates, one could only fetch new data without downloading the whole cube cells again. This would help especially for larger cubes that only received smaller changes.

Include OData URLs in Modeler

By adding a property "OData Hub URL" to the property pages of Cubes, Dimensions, Views or Cell Export dialogs, users could use Jedox Web to generate the OData URLs.

Better progressbar for designer file upload

When uploading a file in the designer a progress bar is shown which keeps cycling between 0% and 100%. Once 100% is reached it jumps back to 0% which makes it feel like something broke. Perhabs a Progress spinner or "fake" progress would be better...
