combine palo.data and palo.setdata to DISPLAY C-element but write on BASE-element
In planning scenarios a lot of customers demand the ability to adjust values by entering the new total value (often on calculated as a c-element). In order to facilitate this behaviour, you have to significantly increase report complexity. Therefo...
It would be super helpful if the reports are shown to the user fit to their respective screen.
There is rarely one screen size used in a company, and that way one could see the whole report zoomed in or out without having to use scroll bars
Display No Access to non access elements instead of #Value
When we setup a security at dimension level, some users are set as N to prevent an access. In report spreadsheet, the element is displayed in a single cell (not using dynarange). But when non eligible user open the report, the particular element t...
in #_GROUP_DIMENSION_ cube this is really complex to know what is the right for a certain group since it can be inherited from upper levels, for instance:
Europe N
West
France R
this would be great to be able to see that, say using a "f...
Allow inspecting performance details for specific reports
Performance monitor for each report on runtime to analyze what is consuming the most time. Is it e.g. calculations, conditional formating, cube access and so on. Like the F12 analyzer tool in web browser with an waterfall diagramm.
An option to open/select file from Jedox Web. Like "File picker" from list of files from specific loaction. From one or more location (like ETL Connections File).
Display aggregated levels in DynaRange in different colors
- recurring enduser request
- conditional formatting does not always work properly
- add on in hierarchy filter or within the properties of a dyna-range
- easy to implement to display certain levels with a font or background color e.g. level 1 ...
Add navigation capabilities (previous/next/first/last) in the FieldTransform functions
if you want to edit the next or the previous function in ETL client, you have to close the current one, and click on edit for the following. This would be helpful to jump to the next or previous one without closing the window
Currently rules are calculated in the moment when the user queries the data.
It would be great to have the option to shift the timing to the point when the user changes data. So the result of the calculation would be stored/persisted when the u...
