Let us know how we can make Jedox even better!
If my cell is directly formatted as % and I type a 1 to a palo.data formula, it is interpreted as 1% (=0.01; value entered divided by 100). If my cell is initially formatted as "General" but a conditional format turns it into % format and I type 1 it is interpreted as 100% (=1; value entered is not divided by 100). Basically, the %-Conversion (divide input value by 100) is always based on the initial format of the spreadsheet.
For my understanding that's not the expected behavior - it should always pick up the applied format whether it comes from conditional formatting or not - in my example, if a % is shown it should be divided by 100.
Note: I created a Support Ticket for that [Ticket#00064999] "Report % formatting issue". Yes, its the same behavior as in Excel but still it's not logical for the end user
