Charts: Colour bars by category

It should be possible to assign colors to individual categories in bar, column and line charts.

Currently in a pie chart it is possible to define colors for each segment.

Providing similar functionality for other chart types would provide greater flexibility, and would enable the use of persistent colors for like data points across multiple charts.
