Let us know how we can make Jedox even better!
Default elements are powerful, but there are some scenarios where you might not want to use them. An example is a dynarage with a DFILTER to hide zeros. The DFILTER subset in the dynarange still hides the correct elements, but the PALO.DATA formulas will still show values for a single row. In this situation, you want the PALO.DATA to ignore the default read elements set on the dimension.
Thanks for your idea. Based on the described use case, we believe, that an existing idea might solve the described problem in a better way: https://feedback.jedox.com/ideas/JS-I-193 Hide row automatically when Dynarange/Subset returns 0 rows. Do you agree? If not, could you elaborate another problem/use case, for which your proposed solution would be required?
