No automatic license activation for new Azure users/ default user license type

It would be good, if it was possible to deactivate the standard behavior of license activation. That is, when ever a user logs in for the first time, he/she will automatically receive a license (or seat). Condition is of course, that seats are still available and the user is member of the linked Azure group.

However, to ensure a secure access right review (4-eyes-principle), it would be good, if the license activation could be performed manually in Jedox. This way, simply adding a user account to a certain group wouldn't automatically enable access to all data available to this group.

Furthermore, instead of taking the highest available license type, the option to use the loweset (viewer) for newly logged in users would also be a handy option.
