Improve View for long text/comment

The text is cut off for a report with a long text/comment, as you can see in the screenshot.

If the user tries to scroll down to read the whole text, it does not go down; instead, it goes to another cell. The user still cannot read the whole text.

  Thank you for your great idea. While we cannot commit to a specific target version, we will consider adding it to our future internal backlog.

  As a workaround, you could use merged cells or a label, so that scrolling works as expected.
