Make it easier to adjust Row Element column width in Views

Views by default to not respect long element names in the row elements.

One has to go to the dimension itself and adjust the width for the row headers for each element that is longer than the default element length. Even then it does not always work if you drill down from a parent.

We do not want to force users to go to the dimension properties when setting up a View.

So, I suggest a way to set the Row and Column element header length in the view options settings. This is the logical place to set them as far as the user access is concerned.
