It is important to be able to setup an automatic download of the audit trail files on a regular/automated fashion. Clients need this for legal audit reasons and so there is a trail to track if there is mischief. Admins should be able schedule and determine the location audit trails will be stored to. Say an SFTP site on a daily basis. There will be a need to time stamp the out put as well.
The audit trail should be accessible from Jedox Integrator. In addition, archiving functionalities should be added, such as automatic exports to flat files accessible via SFTP.
