Admin Role without Excel-S-Rights

We want to prevent us admins from deleting a lot of data via the Excel Add-In. Therefore we wanted to create an admin_excel role which has the same rights as the admin role, but an R for to the cell data Excel right. But this is not possible as only the admin role has access to the cube #_GROUP_DATABASE_DATA.

    Thanks for the idea. This feature has been evaluated by us and we will not implement it at this time.

    The admin role cannot be restricted, so that the admin cannot be taken away rights accidentally. If you wish to provide database management rights for non-admin users, please raise a separate idea.
