As a customer, I would like to be able to access the SVS Editor via Administration (<CTRL>+<M>) and not under Modeler (<CTRL>+<P>).
Reasons:
1. Security: ste_olap is the only way to restrict access to the SVS editor. Security-relevant access is possible via PHP - which should be available to every authorized modeler user.
2. Usability/UX: The Editor is difficult to find. Seems out of place. An animation is even necessary in the KB...
