Thank you for sharing your idea! We’re excited to let you know that a Microsoft Graph option has been shipped in the version 2024.2 and is now available for all users. We’ve implemented this new option to allow for secure email configurations with Office 365 email server and complying with the basic authentication deprecations from Microsoft. You can access this feature in the Cloud Console, and we’ve also put together some helpful resources in the Knowledgebase if you’d like to learn more.
Hi, since the deprecation date of Basic authentication with Client Submission (SMTP AUTH) of MS Exchange online is announced to happen in Sep25, I would like to know when this feature is going to be implemented. Our IT security is not happy with the actual MFA workaround with app password.
