Some cases require, that I want to exclude specific elements from the list.
Therefore, I would like to have a "Behaviour" option to exclude the elements given to the Picklist filter.

Thank you for your great idea. While we cannot commit to a specific target version, we will consider adding it to our future internal backlog. Note an alternative to achieve this request is by adding regex using the Text filter with "excluding pattern" -> ^((?!~).)*$.
