SAML Authorization: Enable configuration of several identity providers

Our customers often use several identity providers for user authentication. Different for different companies in the group in different countries.

We would need to be able to add next providers and specify it's priority. => if user is not found in the first provider continue to check in the second provider, then in the third, etc.... provider.

I know that e.g. ORALCE Hyperion supports this setup.
