Let us know how we can make Jedox even better!
Today, administrators need access to Jedox SFTP server to upload large files. This is also true for uploading large database backups. File Designer does not allow to upload large files (see idea https://feedback.jedox.com/ideas/JS-I-1643).
In many customer companies, security measures prevent the use of SFTP tools on corporate workstations and networks.
It would be interesting to include a web-based SFTP file browser in the Jedox Cloud console. This would facilitate the work of Jedox administrators and make them more independent of any IT department. By default, this feature would use the jedoxweb account and the active key in the Jedox Cloud console.
Hello, Yes i agree. Security company block by default external access stfp port.
So we cannot access to our file by filezilla or something else.
