Current POC default Databases are over 5 years old (too old)

Our current POC databases and reports that come in our instances are over 5 years old. They do not demonstrate any of the newer capabilities such as Canvas Dashboards.

Optimally for partners and presales we would have the latest OnePlatform, AIssist, and all the Accelerators installed by default when a new instance is spun up. It is a huge time waste to have to spend a day configuring all this before even loading the POC data.
