Adding a paste function from the drillthrough within a report to the query settings in a paste view.

Entering the correct coordinates in a query can be time-consuming. It would be useful to have a feature that allows you to paste coordinates directly from a drillthrough within a report, or even a hyperlink that automatically populates the query with the same coordinates used in the drillthrough. Implementing such a function could save a significant amount of time and reduce the potential for errors.

The idea is to create a function that can select a row from a drillthrough (screen 1) and paste it directly into the query of a pasteview (screen 2). We frequently use drillthroughs to analyze data for our clients, and when an incident occurs, it's really helpful to see what's in a drillthrough. Afterward, we often need to paste the coordinates into the query within a pasteview.

Pasting the correct coordinates or selection into the query can sometimes be time-consuming. Therefore, it might be helpful to have the option to paste it directly from the drillthrough.

Is this a better explanation? If not, please let me know. We can also have a Teams call about this if you'd like.
