Change of "File based" Global Connections similar to SAP/SQL

Currently Global Connections such as Azure Blob, OneDrive, SharePoint are not usable, because they always point to a specific file. In contrast, Global Connections of SAP or SQL only store user and system credentials. This needs to be the same for Azure Blob, OneDrive, SharePoint.
