Self-Service Admin Management in Jedox Cloud Console

As an Administrator, I want to be able to create and manage additional Admin users directly in the Jedox Cloud Console, so that I can do this quickly and independently, without needing to contact the Jedox Cloud Support Team.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The Cloud Console provides a user-friendly interface for adding, editing, and removing Admin users.

• No support ticket is required for standard admin management tasks.

• The feature is secure and includes necessary audit trails and confirmation steps.

• The risk of unauthorized admin creation via fake email requests to support is significantly reduced.

• The process is faster, more flexible, and easier for customers to handle on their own.
