Image in canvas - show image from Designer folder

I would like to link the image (native canvas component) with a file located in the designer.
Use case: I upload the picture of an Employee to a designer folder. In the "Employee overview" report I can view the details of this employee including the corresponding picture. Therefore a hyperlink to this would be great.
