Adjust formatting for dynatables (e.g. row height, font size etc.) Merged

Dynatables in canvas can't be formatted much.

E.g. line heights are not usable for actual reports. If I have a report with a table, the standard would be something like excel or web spreadsheets. If I create a dynatable in Canvas, the row/ line heights are way too large. Adjusting the spacing/ padding of the table rows are absolutely necessary.
More things like font size or number formats are also important to control. In fact, a lot of these things are already stored in the database (dimension - style/ formats) and can be used. E.g. I don't want to display zeros.

  Thanks for this idea. We think it is a good one. We have started an internal process for the implementation of this feature. Watch this space!
