Most of the time a single line or two of text is all that is needed for comments. It would be great if there was an in built option to extend the entry of text to allow for rich text, just as in the box this is being entered in. When managers enter end of month reasons for variances it would be great if they could format their answers with bold highlights and also
bullet points of key issues
resolutions of previous issues etc.
