Add an English Language option that supports $ with dd/mm/yyyy

There are multiple countries, New Zealand, Australia & Canada for example that use $ currency symbol and date format dd/mm/yyyy. Can we have an English language option that supports this. We currently use English (UK) but then our users can't paste in numbers from Excel that have $ formatting.

I would suggest calling it English (NZ) as that is where I am based ;-)
