Integrator dataflow pane: better readability and don't resize

When using the flow graph, there are 2 major issues with the display:

• names of steps are cut at char position 20 or so, which doesn't allow me to read the full name. This would be helpful though, at least when hovering

• when switiching between the different steps (flowgraph is pinned), the display always reverts to a full fit view, which is somewhat annoying. In particular with larger jobs etc
