2026.1 Integrator – Option to Restrict Search to Active Project Only

The new search functionality introduced in the 2026.1 Integrator release is a valuable addition. However, the current behaviour searches across all projects, which can be counterproductive in practice.

It would be more effective if the search could be limited to the active Integrator project. As it stands, search results expand and open all projects, which can be confusing and introduces a risk of making changes in the wrong project.

In addition, this behaviour requires users to manually collapse or close unrelated projects to maintain clarity, which reduces efficiency. Restricting the search scope to the current project would improve usability, reduce the likelihood of error, and provide a more focused and streamlined experience.
