When building a report, users frequently need blank rows or columns to separate sections. For example, to visually group blocks of accounts so the report is easy to read. Today the only way to achieve this is with Dynaranges and picklist subsets, which are not easy to find. It would be nice to be able to add empty elements to a selection, directly when creating the dimension selection in Views. So, the empty row/column remain persistent when collapsing, sorting or filtering, so the layout is lost the moment someone interacts with the report.
