Canvas button - add element with parallel hierarchy

I want to use a native canvas button to add a new element. But the element needs to be added in 2 parallel hierarchies. I could do this now with 2 actions, but I had to fill everything twice out and I am not sure if this will cause any issues later as it is a workaround.
