The Excel extract in the ETL ignores empty lines.
e.g.
If you specify "Sheet1!A3:C100" to the Excel Extract and there are two empty lines at the top of the Sheet1, the Excel Extract start to read the sheet from fifth line of the sheet.
The Excel extract should start to read the sheet from the specified position.
