Backup Database in Web Configuration Menu

I'd like a menu in the Web (System Administrator) for backup and recover databases using an easy interface. Sometimes is very useful to snapshot a database and recover it from a known status. Stop services, copy directories, in windows or linux machines and restart services is not an easy procedure

    Since version 7.1, it is possible to download a zip-archive of a database from the Modeler. It's also possible to upload such a zip-Archive. Additionally, support for execting database backup via Scheduler is planned for release 2018.4.

    Good point. I would like to add the wish to save the database (analogous to the autosave function)
