Improved Zero Line Suppression

Zero line suppression when selecting 2 dimensions on the rows has been improved in Version 5 whereby it simply hides the rows in Excel but with large extracts this is very slow. We would rather only the combinations that have data are returned without the need to hide rows as this speeds up data retrieval as maybe 100 cells require content instead of 10,000 whereby most are 0 and are then just hidden.
