In-place editing of PALO.ENAME formula

Add ability to overwrite PALO.ENAME formula the same way PALO.DATA* is handled. Typing new value would update PALO.ENAME formula e.g. Year from 2013 => 2014 with all the references/parameters in function. #17278

    this should work in Jedox Web as well as in Excel
