Edit Subset Filter dialog should be re-sizable

The Edit Subset Filter dialog in Integrator is currently not re-sizable. Size is insufficient to show all the items .

This dialog should be re-sizable (this should generally applies to any popup dialog in the UI). If there are more dialog, of same size, this change should apply to all of them.
