Let us know how we can make Jedox even better!
In the Jedox Web Spreadsheet, it is not always possible to make cells big enough (through column width / row height, or by merging cells) to show long strings, for example on cells with PALO.DATA() formulas pointing to a string cell in a cube. It would be nice to have some way for end users to still display such long texts, without requiring to enlarge the spreadsheet cell; for example with an optional tooltip (like cell comments), or a popup that is shown e.g. through the context menu.
A workaround sometimes used currently is by using a HYPERLINK() function e.g. in the next cell, and there, using a small image as hyperlink text, and the then put the full long string into the "tooltip" argument of the hyperlink. However this is relatively complex to build and not possible in all spreadsheet layouts.
+1 I also could imagine something like the CSS "overflow: auto" for cells. If it would be possible on cell format to apply this CSS style it would be super fancy!
