PALO.SETDATA_BULK allows dramatic optimization when loading cube cells.
Still the way the coordinates have to be passed to the function is not very convenient because they all have to be organized in a tabular way. A possibility to pass different arrays would be far more convenient (similar to PALO.DATAV)
