Add possibility to defrag dimensions

Hello,

there are scenarios in Jedox, that cause heavy defragmentation of dimensions. The normal way to solve this, is to export the database per database skript and build a new database.

Unfortunatly the script prozess dont work on bigger databases (timeout).

Please give us a functionality to defrag a dimension or please correct the database skript for bigger databases.
