Thanks for the idea. This feature has been evaluated by us and we will not implement at this time.
In the cloud we do not store logs as files. Exposing the access to the logs as SCP/FTP is therefore not possible. We are currently redesigning the GUI to make it easier to work with. Having another option over SCP or FTP would then be irrelevant. We will instead focus on making the GUI practical enough for end users.
