I would like to propose the option that licenses is added / removed dynamically when assigning it to users.
This way a customer will have less need to buy new license ad-hoc when running out, and they can save money when not needing the licenses.
Consider:
A) Minimum buy and limits to dynamic licenses so that cost does not spiral.
B) A dynamic license trigger cost for entire calender months it is active.
C) Only implement on Cloud solutions.
I'd like to add some comments from a different aspect and give my vote to this feature. Customer can better mange their limited licenses without extra manual works on unassign licenses from inactive users and give the vacancies/ assign to new users.
