Rules: Selective Base level Calculations

I would like to propose the possibility of doing "base level" calculations, where you can select which dimensions is needed for the base calculation, while leaving the others as normal.

Ex. I might want to do base level on company level, while it is unimportant for the other dimensions. In some instances not something I want at all.
