In the Workflow building block, you need to assign permission to groups in base elements, otherwise users can't plan on this level. For some projects is barelly impossible to do it for each base elements.
The idea is addin an ETL giving the customer the option to assign permission to parents and it would be inherited by the children. Exaclty the same as it is in Dimenision Rights.
