Workflow overview
Initiation - Team Lead (Planner)
- Creates a request for new positions with key details (title, department, budget estimate, etc.)
- Submits the request for approval.
First Approval - Department Manager
- Receives notification of pending request.
- Reviews the position request.
- Options: Approve, Reject.
- Comments required for rejection.
Second Approval - Senior Management / Workforce responsible
- Receives notification after department manager approval.
- Final review and decision.
- Options: Approve, reject.
- Once approved, the position moves to "Ready for Recruitment" status.
