Add Wizard to shift data from one cost center to another. As a user I want to define when one employee moves from one cost center to the other. The list of changes is great, but a wizard would be beneficial too.
Create an additional allocation to allocate HR cost centers with Finance cost centers instead of a 1:1 cost allocation. e.g. create a dimension to store the possibilities/allocations, so a nightly job can easily be added.
