It would be great to be able to calculate Accruals for Personnel expenses like holidays for Finance purposes.

Would be great to have a report with a waterfall chart from: Base Salary to On Target Earnings and in between the Salary increase, bonus, commission and variable salary.

Enhance usability by adding more information boxes that outline what needs to be done.
