Add an optional setting to automatically refresh inserted views/tables when a PowerPoint or Word document is opened, so users don’t need to manually trigger an update.

Enable users to create a snapshot of inserted Jedox Views (decouple from the add-in) in PowerPoint/Word so it becomes static and cannot change by accidental refresh, supporting approved reporting (e.g., stakeholder/shareholder reporting).
