Add localisation to Reports and Designer

Currently the names of reports and content in Designer cannot be localised Reports and Designer should fully support localisation, like Modeler does.

New menu in view row context menu - Show attribute

The Show menu would allow users to toggle to a different attribute displayed for the view. The menu would display the list of attributes (like the sort by attribute menu) that the user could choose from to change the displayed alias.

Keep function in end user mode for views

In Excel COM Add-in, there is the ability to 'keep' a single or multiple elements. This should be extended to the web as part of the view-filtering feature.

Null/Zero Suppression in reports

We currently have zero suppression, but I would like to propose suppress blank/null, so that summations is not suppressed even if the sum total is zero. Currently I can easily miss data that sums to zero
