Reports: Provide more Reporting templates (simpler reports w/o forecasting, only one column for actuals, summary reports)

Model: Add a fiscal year dimension for weeks (maybe a WF to create weeks).

In Reports "03_Upload_data": allow for different file names to upload.

Add the ability to create a new subset (Private or Public) in the Select Elements UI. This is where most people would want to create a quick picklist without having to go into modeler. This would really be handy(and is how TM1 does it now)

It would be nice to have a prefilled template with multi language template and maybe 1 template for all dimension instead of 1 template per dimension at the first iteration.

Add how to copy the workflow feature from report Budget template to a new report to the foundation technical documentation.

Please add the "User Management" report, logic and Integrator project to the BPA HR. The same as in the Foundation.

Add Wizard to shift data from one cost center to another. As a user I want to define when one employee moves from one cost center to the other. The list of changes is great, but a wizard would be beneficial too.
